Pacific Coast the wild west of Colombia – an area of the country rich in biodiversity, where one can enjoy long walks along black sand beaches plus other varied activities such as scuba-diving, eco-treks, and the annual humpback whale watching season (July-November).
We work in partnership with an eco-hotel on the Pacific coastline; focused on eco-friendly tourism experiences designed and offered to select customers interested in traveling here for the Annual Whale Season.
The focus point for this region is the annual whale watching season, only available for 5 months of the year with limited spaces so to avoid disappointment contact us months in advance to have all in place. Also popular when visiting this region is scuba diving, visits to the thermal pools, as well as various nature treks with the most exciting being the hike to the “Cascada Cuatro Encantos” a towering set of waterfalls with fantastic
swimming holes surrounded by lush jungle.
Access to the Pacific coastline of Colombia is always via the local airport in the town of Nuqui. On arrival we have the staff with transportation to take you to and from your holiday accommodation. The roads here are often bumpy and off track so be prepared for this when booking a trip to this part of the country.
Private Aircraft have access to this region, if needing assistance we are ready to assist. Also have the necessary bilingual guides on hand to facilitate your arrival and needs on the ground while exploring this region.
